“Clean Modern Rooms and Very Good Location. Great Price, If you go to the gym its a little tight”

“Pet friendly for a fee the pool wasn’t open till may. If your on the top floor just know you have to walk all the way down to the ground floor to vape or smoke other wise they charge a $250 smoking fee which is crazy to me. ”

“Hair on ceiling of bathroom, all lights have rust on them, the smell of the room smelt like mildew, and the walls in the restroom look as if they have never been wiped down before. Positives: staffing was amazing”

“A very nice, quiet stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and bright with fun, good-quality shower products, and the breakfast was unique and tasty. We especially liked the Denver omelettes and pancake machine at breakfast!”

“About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach.”

“The room size was great and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the river is not as it appears in the listing. It is only partially visible from the balcony on the back side units. It is nice to walk down to the sandy beach and out n the pier. We had a Deluxe room with a kitchen and it was really nice. Location is not far from the downtown area and only 1.5 miles free m the ferry port to Fort Fisher. We will probably go back in the future.”

“Can’t beat the location- ocean front with a parking spot. It is right next to a large public beach access so there is a lot of activity going on and the beach was crowded for spring break. For an old motel, it’s kept up pretty well. Rooms are large with basically a full kitchen. The only downside was we saw a cockroach in our room which freaked my daughter out. We reported it to the front desk and they gave us a can of raid. Other than that it was very clean. For the price it was very decent....

“Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! Thank You for an Awesome stay. : )”
